Join us for a transformative journey of three comprehensive sessions, each lasting approximately 90 minutes over zoom.​

The sessions are strategically spaced one week apart, allowing you ample time to practice and absorb the valuable knowledge before moving on to the next session.

Our holistic approach ensures that you have the opportunity to implement what you learn, fostering long-lasting habits and a deep understanding of nutrition.

Sessions will be June 28, July 5 and July 12. You have the option of 1PM or 5PM sessions (EDT)!

Session 1 (June 28): Breakfast and the Macronutrient Carbohydrates:

  • Start your day off right by exploring the significance of a healthy breakfast and its impact on energy levels and focus.

Session 2 (July 5): Lunch and the Macronutrient Protein:

Session 3 (July 12): Dinner and the Macronutrient Fat:

  • Explore healthy fat sources like avocados, nuts, seeds, olive oil, and fatty fish.
